- A careful examination of the Rangnath Mishra Report indicates that it will create problems for the Christian minority community in India. Currently the job share percentage of Christians in services like teachers, nursing, clerical and junior level CEO is more than their numerical percentage. This is due to their sincerity, honesty and better education. The reservation policy based on the Rangnath Mishra Commission would dilute the job opportunities of the Christian community who believe in equal opportunity based on the opportunity. Reservation based on religion would ghettoise the minorities.
