- Hundreds of volunteers belonging to frontal outfits of the saffron brigade on Friday noon staged a demonstration in protest against the recovery of idols of Gods and Goddess lying abandoned on the road leading towards village Karenda under the Kareli police station.
- Bajrang Dal leader, Chandrama Singh Yadav stated that on one hand the police hand turned a blind eye towards increasing incidents of idol thefts and cow slaughter in the district
