Bhartiya Janata Party's firebrand leader Vinay Katiyar has "threatened to expose Justice Liberhan's intent" behind party leaders Atal Behari Vajpayee and Lal Krishna Advani [ Images ] for their alleged involvement in the Babri Masjid [ Images ] demolition.
"Just wait for a while and see what I reveal about Justice Liberhan as soon as his report is tabled in Parliament," Katlyar told rediff.com on Monday.

- Taking the argument a step further, I see in this Pakistan-inspired terror against India a primordial impulse to maim and destroy an object of the purest hate: A continuing response to Mahatma Gandhi’s praxis of reconciliation and compassion bred in love for all humankind. It in no way diminishes Gandhi’s towering greatness to recognise that his encounter with the pre-partition All India Muslim League and its Qaid-e-Azam Mohammed Ali Jinnah was a dialogue of the deaf, that the more desperate the Mahatma’s pleas for Hindu-Muslim brotherhood, the more virulent was the response. Truth is that his message was and is relevant for societies with a capacity for introspection whence comes the seeds of redemption. Thus Gandhian self-discovery and achievement occurred in South Africa and India, which became the inspiration for Martin Luther King and the civil rights movement in the US.
Pakistan and everything that went into its creation was Gandhi’s failure. He was economical with the truth when he placed responsibility for the Moplah violence in Kerala, arising from the Khilafat movement, on the British; he compromised his own high moral principles when he advised the Jews in Palestine to accept the overlordship of their Arab neighbours rather than struggle for an independent state of their own; and he was foolish in the extreme when he recommended that the Jewish community resist Adolf Hitler’s Nazi hordes with non-violence even if meant their eventual extermination.

In a novel effort to prevent Hindon river from getting polluted, the Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation (GMC) has set up a huge prayer chamber filled with Ganga water along the banks.
The chamber, or ' hawan kund', will be used for immersing flowers and other objects used in religious rituals. Currently, these are thrown into the Hindon and are a major pollutant.

The vehicles have been painted in vermillion (red) and yellow - colours depicting Hindu mythology.
Their drivers will be dressed in red-and-yellow uniforms too.

Responding to a query asked by SahilOnline after the workshop, Mr. Khan stated that if a person resides in a Gulf country and a case is registered against that person, then the person can return to the gulf country after obtaining a permit from the court showing the visa printed on the passport and can live there for one or two years.
However, once the hearing begins, the person can appear before the court. Mr. Abdul Majeed informed that most of the Keralites live in gulf countries, and they participate in the protests. And in case of having any case they return back to gulf countries by taking the permission from the respective court in this regard.

- यह स्थापित सत्य है कि बालीवुड के एक भाग की राष्ट्रविरोधी जिहादियों के साथ गहरी साठगाठ है। बालीवुड की फिल्मों में अंडरवर्ल्ड और जरायम की दुनिया से कमाए धन के निवेश की बात रहस्य नहीं है। बालीवुड की अधिकतर फिल्मों में एक पूर्वाग्रह स्पष्ट दिखता है। हिंदी फिल्मों में बहुधा हिंदू साधु-संन्यासियों को व्यभिचार करते या मंदिरो-मठों को जुएंबाजी व नशेड़ियों के अड्डे के रूप में दिखाया जाता है। रहीम चाचा हमेशा दयालु और सबके मददगार होते हैं, चर्च और पादरी मजलूमों के लिए लड़ते हैं, किंतु विष्णुदत्त या रामावतार को प्राय: दुर्गुणों का भंडार ही दिखाया जाता है। कई फिल्मों में दुष्कर्म, हत्या, तस्करी करने वाले को तिलकधारी और भगवा पटका लटकाए दर्शाया जाता है। कुछ समय पूर्व महेश भट्ट ने फिजा, मिशन कश्मीर, गदर, सरफरोश आदि फिल्मों का विरोध किया था, क्योंकि इसमें मुसलमानों व खासकर पाकिस्तान की छवि कथित रूप से ठीक से प्रस्तुत नहीं की गई थी। आतंकवाद और पाकिस्तान के नापाक इरादों से नकाब उतारने वाली फिल्मों का विरोध क्यो?

मेरी इच्छा थी कि उस वक्त सभी हिंदुवादी संगठन अलग-अलग झंडों के बदले सिर्फ भगवा झंडे के तले इकट्ठा हो, परंतु ऐसा न होने पर मैंने अयोध्या जाना टाला। उन्होंने इसके साथ अशोक सिंघल को आड़े हाथों लेते हुए कहा है कि यदि बाबरी मस्जिद विघ्वंस की वीडियो क्लीपिंग देखी जाये, तो साफ हो जाता है कि सिंघल बाबरी मस्जिद की ओर बढ़ रही भगवा भीड़ को रोकने का प्रयास कर रहे थे, परंतु इसके बावजूद मस्जिद गिराई गई। ठाकरे ने कहा कि इस दौरान शहीद हुए तीन कारसेवकों में से एक गुजरात का शिवसैनिक और दो कोलकाता के कोठारी बंधु थे।
उन्होंने इस बात का विशेष तौर पर उल्लेख किया है कि बाबरी मस्जिद विघ्वंस के बाद तत्काली भाजपा उपाध्यक्ष सुंदर सिंह भंडारी ने कहा था कि मस्जिद भाजपा या विहिप ने नहीं बल्कि शिवसेना ने गिराई है। इसके फौरन बाद मैंने प्रतिक्रिया दी थी कि यदि बाबरी मस्जिद शिवसैनिकों ने गिराई है, तो मुझे गर्व है और हमेशा रहेगा।

- Worse, the senior Thackeray will be making the same grievous error made by the Asom Gana Parishad, which allowed a nationalist sentiment to oust illegal Bangladeshi settlers from the State to degenerate into narrow regional chauvinism. The AGP refused to accommodate Bengali Hindus and Bangla Hindu refugees within the movement, with the result that it failed to achieve any objectives while in power, and was easily sidelined thereafter.
The Shiv Sena, Mr Thackeray should remember, is not named after the great god Shiva, and need not behave like wild ganas. It was inspired by the great Maratha warrior Shivaji, who fashioned a Hindu kingdom amid a sea of Islamic sultanates, and rejuvenated India’s ancient civilisational ethos in the adverse circumstances of the 17th century. Shivaji struck a mortal blow at the Mughal Empire by challenging Aurangzeb, and established political agency for the beleaguered Hindu community. - Devoid of spiritual content, Shiv Sena is in danger of becoming as arid as the Tamil Dravidian parties; indeed, it may already be as culturally barren. This is sad, because only a few centuries ago some of the most powerful bhakti saints — Jnaneshwar, Namdev, Eknath, Tukaram, Ramdas — hailed from Maratha country. Guru Gobind Singh’s foremost disciple, Banda Bahadur, who fought valiantly on behalf of the oppressed in Punjab, rose from this land. All these men devoted their lives to defend religious and cultural freedom at times of immense danger.
Shiv Sena’s raison d’être was to defend Hindu society from the Muslim underworld, and resist its creeping hold over the economy and polity of the nation’s financial capital. For decades the muscular Sainiks created their own brand equity; I remember that in my childhood days, if communal riots anywhere in the country threatened to get out of hand, one stern warning from Mr Bal Thackeray was enough to bring tempers down within 24 hours. The Sainiks never moved out of Mumbai in those days, yet Mr Thackeray was widely perceived as the ‘sword arm’ of the Hindu community. He has come a long way downhill since then.

That you might think is a good idea. But here again, conditions apply. Before all else, the aspiring candidates must pass the “Islam test”.

Is it OK for Indian Muslims to sing Vande Mataram?
Model answer: Forget Muslims, even Hindus must follow the Vedas and refrain from such sinful act. (Rigveda, page…, para…, mantra…; the IRF is pretty good at playing the memory game).
Why can’t non-Muslims practice their faith in Saudi Arabia?
Model answer: Simple, stupid! Islam is the only true religion. How can sinful ways of worship be allowed in the land of the only true religion?
