Rajasthan police have arrested a couple and a moulvi on Wednesday for forcefully converting their two grandsons to Islam. The incident has been reported from Beawar village near Ajmer. The boys had come from Mumbai with their parents to spend summer vacation with their grandparents.

Boys’ father Rajesh Kathat in the complaint alleged that while he and his wife were not at the home, his father Mangilal and step-mother Sakina, took the children — 10-year-old Akash and 8-year-old Rahul — to a Moulvi, who performed circumcision despite boys’ resistance.
