The Congress-front Government has claimed that the tomb of anti-Hindu Afzal Khan at the base of Pratapgad is a holy monument who was slain by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, the founder of Hindavi Swarajya (Hindu Empire). Such shocking reference is made in the petition filed by the Government in Mumbai High Court for legalising the unauthorised constructions made by ‘Hazarat Mohammad Afzal Khan Memorial Trust’ around the tomb on Pratapgad. The petition filed without submitting any evidence has been dismissed by Judge J. N. Patel. The above news was published by ‘Dainik Saamna’.
