- Describing Congress party's efforts to reach out to youths through Rahul Gandhi as a "political drama", BJP general secretary Jagat Prakash Nadda today alleged that the exercise was aimed at boosting the image of the young leader.
"Congress remembers youths only when it has to boost the image of a Gandhi family scion. It talked about youths at the time of Sanjay Gandhi and later when Rajiv Gandhi was at the helm of affairs. Now it talks about them as Rahul is on way to make a bid for prime ministership," Nadda told reporters here.
"Congress' love for youths is nothing but a political drama to prop up image of the young Gandhi," Nadda, who is also a minister in Himachal Pradesh, said.
