less than 60,000 people report Arabic as mother tongue still we spend crores on Arabic academy and it is taught in various schools and colleges and not to mention it is an optional in UPSC as well.
Compare and contrast with various local and tribal languages and one will get an idea od pseudo secularsim of Indian government
