- Speaking at the Rashtriya Seva Bharati organised by Seva Sangama -- the all-India convention of its allied organisations on Sunday, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh chief, Mohan Bhagwat said: "We have several varieties of brinjal -- rather than promoting them, we are debating on Bt brinjal. The central government, instead of launching Bt brinjal, should focus on promoting Indian agriculture.''
